Requested high floor and non-smoking room, but ended up at 3/F and with smoking room with disable facility . Asked front desk but they gave a reply as "My request is in English so they don't understand, and "Sir, because you check in at 9pm we don't have high floors anymore".
This is a 70 yr old hotel, closed down for over 30 years just recently re-open in 2024 after renovation.

With the word "international", it sounds like it should be very high-end, but when I arrived, I was confused. It was like a bathhouse. The cost of more than 1,400 for a night was not as good as the Home Inn in the mainland, which cost more than 200. The bed was very hard, and the child felt itchy all over when he slept.
