The St. Regis Macao Reviews

St Regis located in the Londoner Macau, the location is very strategic and check in was very smooth. The hotel gives welcome drink and snack during check in which is very nice (since other hotels in Macau need to queue when check in). Would totally recommend St Regis to everyone going to Macau. Also, down the lobby the Londoner ****** it's just a step away ;)

Very luxurious hotel. Felt warmly welcomed by bellboy Bosco and front desk Diana Zhang. Our baby also got a plush bear as welcome gift from Diana. They really know how to go the extra mile to make you smile. Plush beds, large room. The butler service was awesome, we had drinks and cookies brought to our room for a night snack. Highly recommended, would love to go back again! ☺️

The attention to detail in the rooms consistently exceeds my expectations, ensuring that I am never disappointed. The luxurious ambiance creates an indulgent atmosphere, while still providing a sense of warmth and comfort. It would be better if St. Regis offers a small souvenir (a bear or postcard, etc.) as well, thereby letting us to record the moment to stay in there.

Very good hotel for family.

We walked from the LRT train, which is about 15-20 mins to ST. Regis Hotel. This is nice that that there is butler at the main lobby directing us to the checking in. The twin bedded room has enough storage for putting belongings and a proper table for dinning/ working. They provided 2 pcs of ironing service as there is no ironing board. Their bed is quite hard to sleep in. Noticing that the aircon is sometime warm and cold in the middle of the night that we cannot sleep well. We are quite disappointed there is not free upgrade room as we stayed many days and also they forgot to give us the ST. Regis bear when they turn down the bed:(

I really love and enjoy my stay here. All staff was so friendly and helpful, not to forget their wonderful butler service. Location is also great, you can spend your entire day just inside the shopping area and visit other hotel all by foot. I will definitely return when I visit Macau again.

It's definitely this hotel. Butler service is very good and satisfying. especially Mr.Prince :) All the staff are kind. My favorite memory in Macau was the perfect staff's smile. 한국인 후회하지 않습니다! 볼거리 많고 위치좋습니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 정말 친절하고 감동적이랍니다! 꼭 가세요!!!
