We booked 4 rooms and they had excellent service. A lot of Filipino hotel crews which is really good because they directed us to good restaurants and which buses to ride. I will definitely stay in this hotel if ever I will be back in Macau.

I am truly impressed with the exceptional service and hospitality at the hotel. The upgrade to a supreme sea view room provided me with an excellent view and the breakfast offering a variety of local foods and western foods was particularly impressive.

I will always say that sofitel is a home away from home. The location is convenient. Near 24 hours supermarket and there is a 24 hours conveniece store located beside. It is also near the historic places of macau and the city view of their rooms are breathtakingly beautiful. I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and the service is always efficient and personalized. Breakfast has multiple choices from chinese to western, salads, and waffles. Thank you to Shirley, who gave me a warm welcome and also to Bryan, who took care of me in Mistral. For these past days that are raining and we don't want to go out and eat, we ordered in room dining, and Archie and Kate have provided us a personalized service. They are very polite and engaging with us. If you want to chill, the lounge bar, Rendezvous, is located in the lobby. I met some old friends there, and Rose took great care of us. I am also in the hospitality industry and very keen on details and standards. Rose was great, and she always asked for guest satisfaction, and I ended up coming back again the night after. The promotions in this bar are good, but i think it needs more marketing. Last but not least, Angel from housekeeping was very helpful and cleans the room efficiently. She is a happy soul and always smiling and helping our needs when we stay on the 16 floor. Location wise and service, Sofitel Macau is my most recommended hotel in Macau.

I booked 2 rooms and had a good 2D1N stay at this hotel with my sister and friends. From the moments we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing environment. The stay was memorable, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway.

We stayed for 2 nights and upgraded to a room with river view. The hotel is generally quite old but room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of Macau city where it is walking distance to the Ruins of St Paul and old streets with many good foods around. Overall, a great stay!

very nice staff! room was great and super clean. it’s the ****** that i didn’t like. there was this customer who was so unhygeini. and spitted many times on the carpet.

Great location with a nice view. The room is very spacious and the swimming pool is big. I do understand they are committed to sustainability and no complimentary water but placing complimentary water with glass bottles would be a good solution as a luxury hotel.

It was a good thing that I’ve decided to booked a room at the mansion sofitel coz we really had a great stay. The amenities are good although the ktv room have a bit problem, yet we still enjoyed it. I will surely come back here soon!

It was good experience.. the location wise is good for us.. walking distance to distance to some tourist attractions.. a lot of resto to choose from… just be more active in walking and asking… shoutout for the pinoys who where friendly.. in and out of the hotel.. for the staffs also…thank you

Location is good with lots of food choices around. Room is big and clean but pillows are too soft. Better to have pillows choices for travelers.

The hotel is in a very good location, rooms are bit old but its manageable. Hotel staffs are help full. Overall its a nice hotel. There are alot of nice restaurants near by the hotel.

Well located near the old town of Macau. Walking distance from most places. Great pool, not heated, great steam room and sauna. Good river view. Room very comfortable and large. Design is a bit aging, need some refreshing. Bit expensive for what it was, no breakfast. Full of families and kids everywhere, noisy common parts during the Chinese holidays. Nice staff, very helpful.
