設施：設施非常新，比我想象中好 衞生：房間很乾凈，無死角，打掃即使 服務：服務也特好，很熱情，很耐心 環境：環境沒的説，附近都是酒店，是一整個度假區

服務人員很好很細心下次還要住地點位置也很方便

酒店裝修很好，入住辦理很詳細，服務特別好，這裏要特別點名一下為我們辦入住的cali非常熱情的給我們介紹澳門的旅遊，帶我們參觀房間給我們延遲退房，態度特別好，服務很細緻

The service is very good! My child graduated from high school and my family went to Macau to celebrate. I emailed Conrad Hotel and asked for a custom bear (with the initials of the name printed on the foot). They replied promptly and agreed and said they would send us a cake to celebrate. Sure enough, there were balloons, custom bears, cakes and greeting cards on the day of check-in. The children were very happy and praised Conrad's service. I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The service staff were very polite and answered all questions. They also responded to the room service requests in a timely manner. The hotel shares the lobby with The Londoner, and it is very convenient to go to The Parisian, The Venetian and MGM Cotai. There are also many dining options. It is a very good choice for family vacations. The downside is that the toilet paper provided in the bathroom is of poor quality and very fragile, and there are many swimming pools but they are relatively small.

服務是非常好，酒店也舊、但是可以理解，畢竟這麼多年了，酒店大堂大過隔壁倫敦人。唯一不足酒店連冰箱和秤和袋子都沒有。有點小失望。

服務很好，房間沒想象的大，設施有點老舊
