Room was big and king size bed. Spacious and comfy. Bathtub for bubble bath. Air conditioning well temperature controlled leading to a nice atmosphere for dining in room. Bed comfy nice sleep well rested . Highly recommended ! Just renovations till 6pm but bearable since not all times in room hearing the noise .

The hotel is ok for not long stay. Pros: 1. Quite good location: walkable distance to the main attractions, the buses stop in front of the hotel, supermarkets, ATM and McDonald’s are nearby. 2. The staff is nice and helpful. They speak English which is very important! 3. The bed and pillow is comfortable. 4. The window cannot be opened but the aircon is ok, however it is noisy. 5. I had good view from my window: the street and building in front of the hotel. (Photo) 6. WiFi in the room was good. Cons: 1. The hotel is quite old, the facilities need to be renewed. Actually, they currently do renovation and warn about the noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It was not a problem for me, but it would be better to know about it before non-refundable reservation. 2. I booked single room with double bed but the room was bad: dirty (or burnt) carpet, dirty drops on the bathroom door, stains on the table. (Photo 1). I asked to change the room. They didn’t have another double bed room, so they offered twin bed room. It was better, so I stayed. But still, the facilities were not really good, for instance, there was mold at the bathroom curtain and near the sink, the sink was burst and the water went out slowly. (Photo) 3. No breakfast. I hope that after renovation the hotel will be much better and more pleasant to stay.

Best location , good breakfast (not queen one) . unfortunately problems with baby crib

If I can give 100 stars, I would! Was there for our special anniversary, hotel offered us a bottle of wine complimentary! Not to mention that the free room upgrade to suite because our room was filled with smoke smell. Love this place! They are so warming! The location is superb too! 5 minutes walk to Wynn and Lisboa hotel, and nearby a lot of eateries and convenient stores, groceries. Definitely a good choice! Room is big and comfy too

Great location and good hotel in a budget. It's easy to reach from anywhere using a local bus or taxi. Also at a walking distance from Senado Square, Wynn & MGM.

They upgraded our room for us. Overall it’s a nice stay. Would come back again.

Old hotel but still clean and neat & big space compare to hotel at HK , front desk is friendly and cheerful , my kids like the hotel Bcz the room got bathtub 🛁… and there is a 24 hrs convenient store near by to the hotel about 2mins walk only … can get some drink or 🍺😍😍😍 and some snack etc… happy with my stay . Next to hotel there is a McDonald & restaurant 六楼后座food is nice 👍 … Will come again thanks !!!

The room check-in so late like 5.00pm. We had approached hotel 12.30pm but they are not able to provie a single room out of three.

They need to clean the rooms. There’s dust collected everywhere the top of the mirror in the bathroom. The chairs here extremely dirty and we were scared to touch the curtains.

Area was not clean and a coat of dust was found at the cabinet hinge. We can smell cigarette from the AC system in the night.

The Holiday Inn Macau is a bit dated, but the service is efficient and good. It is sufficient for travelers just for a good sleep and not demand for facilities.

The hotel was old and they had construction ongoing inside the hotel. Room was nothing special and had a smell. The walls were thin so we could hear people in the other room talking.

The staffs were very accomodating, polite and respectful. We don’t have any complains during our stay. Looking forward to stay there again.
