I gave 4/5 for cleanliness, but it doesn't mean it's dirty ✌️🤭. Actually, the place is so quiet and peaceful (for me ). Also the staff are accommodating and friendly. It is very affordable, and the place is easy to find. When we come back to Macau for sure we will book again in Rio's hotel 🫰

I didn't expect that the room was big, enough for some special occasion. This was our second time to booked in the hotel and this time the view was very nice. Next time if we have given a chance and have long holiday we will try again to book the same room 😊😉 The check in and check out was very smooth. Only that we cannot check in early because the room was not ready yet. We arrived before 2:00pm we still need to wait for 1 hour 😅😁 but the staff and nice.

Wow 😯 super hotel. Good location and room is big and amazing comfortable! I like it. But breakfast is not for Europe’s people, only Chinese food. I do not like it

Room is very huge (I booked family room) with good amenties like lotion and charging cable. Staff is fine and pre check in is available. There is no direct free van to here but there is a bus station right in front, which costs MOP 6 every time you take. It takers 10-15 min from nearby hotel vans

Room amenities were incomplete, body lotion was used, towel was only one piece. When we moved the couch, there were evidence of litter underneath it, peanuts were on the floor. We had to call operator to ask for the towel that was suppose to be provided because there was only 1 towel in the batthroom. Chair in the bedroom was out of place. Smell of the room was unpleasant. I received a rude approach from the hotel manager knocking in my hotel room door regarding a noise complaint from the guests on the floor which I was unaware of. To my surprise, I was wondering why I didn't receive a call in my room, but a very rude knock in my hotel room from the hotel manager himself saying in a rude voice if i dont ask my guests to leave, i would have to pay for every head that he would charge. This hotel is not accommodating, my experience upon check in took longer almost 20 to 30 minutes when I did the chlheck in after 3pm. I wouldn't mind if I were informed of the hotel rules and police earlier but a rude knock on my hotel room door all of a sudden is not acceptable from the hotel manager, rendering your hotel phone lines useless. I reiterate that this is and was a very unpleasant stay. And I would never come back nor recommend this hotel considering that I am a local and that today is my birthday .This situation should have been handled with quality service without any rudeness included. I did not just booked for a standard room but a deluxe twin suite and no guest should ever experience any form of rudeness from any staff of your hotel since this is my first experience at your hotel.

We had a great time staying at Rio hotel. The room was so amazing and it was very clean and tidy. The staffs were amazing and friendly. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Our stay was exceptional, The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable, clean and spacious. Our staying there was a great experience and will be coming soon back.

Hotel is good and location is good too. The hotel breakfast is totally not good. Don’t carry any expectation on breakfast. If need to pay then skip it. Not worth at all.

We arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready yet. The hotel receptionists’ attitude was so bad. She said according to the policy that the room would be ready after 3pm. We won’t stay in this hotel again.
