Smelled like Very Strong cigarettes None Stop coming from the central air condition on our last night there. Space was pretty tight. Stuff was alright. Hard to get taxi during rush hour during daytime.

Easily accessible by bus. Nice clean comfortable room with a classic decor. Outside the hotel see part of Guia circuit Maternity bend. Nice uphill walk to the lighthouse and fortress. Staff are helpful and I appreciated the welcome gift from hotel. Well recommended to stay.

Staff were warm and helpful.
Services were very good.
Roof sitting area enjoyed good view of Macau.
Didn't dine at the hotel this time.

The location is near to the central but need to walk a slope or staircase to reach. The room is simple and nice.

The staff were very friendly and nice.
The only issue was the steep hill. When I just arrived in macau from hong kong, I took the shuttle bus to lisboa and walked to the hotel. It was super tiring, especially with so many luggages.
Hotel was nice and clean.
They provide shuttle bus only to the casinos and not back. Therefore, if you are not taking the taxi, you will have to climb the steep hill everyday.

Fantastic location near the lighthouse , convenient to return to in the evening and to do morning walk to the sightseeing in the morning
Room was ok, small but clean. Rooftop has amazing view , pity no bar or drinks to choose. But some shops and restaurants are very near.

Have the opportunity to improve in the future. The apperance and behaviour of Front office girls need more training.

Booked a room with a mountain view and was put in a dark room with no window because "double beds were limited". Disappointing as staff did not communicate this at check-in, would have rather had single beds with a window.
