Check in took so long. I booked the room under my name and added my friend as another guest. But my name does'nt appear in their sytem. It took a while before they told me that they still need the ID of my friend to be able to check in. They have limited staffs who can communicate in English. The room i booked is not the same as the room that was given to us. The bathroom shower cannot be controlled. It's either too hot or too cold and you need to hold the shower when you bath because it cannot be adjusted. The hotel is newly renovated and the design of the room is actually pretty nice but it is small and not spacious.

The room was cozy and clean. Hallways are clean and smelled fresh. I love the number light at the foot of the door. The front desk staff are very helpful. I had many questions and they helped with all. The room was not noisy. I could not hear anyone in their rooms. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the Senado Square and about 15/ 20 minutes from the Grand Lisboa. You can take the MT4 bus from the 7eleven near the hotel to see the Venetian, Studio City and other attractions in that area. If you get to the hotel before check in time, you can store your bags and go tour around until it’s time.

Worth the value to stay in this boutique hotel. The room is well equipped with all the amenities and a Nespresso machine. Walking distance to all the attractioms. Can take the free shuttle buses from ferry terminal and reach porte 16 hotel within 10mins by walk to this premise.

The room was done up for 3 guests, with 1 person sleeping on the sofa. There are ample cushions and the room is spacious.

A small hotel but very neat, modern, artistic and chic. I liked the way they showed the room number by light projection on the floor, right in front of door. I liked the crystal stone they used as room fragrance, and there were some other things. It might be a small thing, but I appreciate the creativity and attention they put for these details. The service was also great, all youngsters which can speak English well. They even gave me a Macau pass card with MOP100 in it which I can consume for free. It's a walking destination to Senado Square and Wall of St Paul Church. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for you who don't come to Macau for just ******.

The hotel is fantastic since it’s newly renovated. The staff’s are very accommodating and helpful. The housekeeping staff’s are very attentive.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. But using other booking channels. Location, ok. The room is modern contemporary Cleanliness ok. This time my check in is smooth. Recommend stay

Rooms were very well decorated and designed. There were a lot of amenities. Service was good .

Clean and pretty hotel. Surround by good food, currency exchange (friendly uncle) and supermarket. Few mins walk to bus stop that easily access to places in Macau.

From the airport, one can just take bus no. MT4 to near and stop at 内港客运马头 bus stop. Bus fare is only HKG/MOP 6, and the trip is less than an hour. Cross the road and walk about 5 mins, the hotel is there opposite of a big recreational park. Hotel is walking distance to almost all major attractions.
