I wrote an email to ask the hotel to send a cake for my birthday. They said they would upgrade the room but there was no cake or welcome fruit. The service was no better than Conrad. I had to pay a deposit but I had to pay for the minibar items, including Coke. The swimming pool didn't open until 12 am and the cable car was under maintenance. I went back with regrets.

How should I put it? The price is quite expensive but I don't think it's worth it. The transportation is not very convenient, and there is no ** bus to Guanye Street. The food in the casino is not very rich, a bit average, but the front desk service is still very enthusiastic
