Traveling alone
The guy at the front desk seemed to be a foreigner from Southeast Asia, but the service was very thoughtful
The hygiene and facilities in the hotel were impeccable
The only drawback was that the soundproofing was a bit poor. I could hear the conversations next door clearly when I was sleeping at night

I don't understand why they had to ask for my passport when checking in. Even when I gave the staff my student ID card for studying in Australia, it didn't work. Other hotels only used my passport and student ID card, but you guys were trying to be special and had a bad attitude by not letting us check in, haha 🙂
