Rude house maids, bad room service, dirty sheets, no toilet paper...it was bed bugs present that led to me having to throw all of my clothing away due to the infestation

Hi Ray this hotel it's in out of 10 the customer service was amazing to housing was clean and we were treated with respect I definitely would come back they have a clean establishment and any problem that we had they were definitely easy and more willing to help us take care of it

I had a fantastic stay at this establishment. The room was spotless and free of carpeting, which I really appreciated. The staff at the front desk were incredibly nice, and the beds were very comfortable. The room temperature was perfect. I also loved the convenience of nearby dining options. Most importantly, I felt very safe during my stay. I would certainly stay here again.
