Good location for trail riding and island ferries. Rooms were clean and quiet. Morning coffee and snacks were setup late.

The rooms were nice but the breakfast was inadequate. I should have got a better breakfast for my money and not just an apple, snack bar, and a bottle of water. I wasn't very happy with that.

Rooms need to be upgraded. Our rooms were not serviced during our stay. Breakfast consisted of a prepackaged muffin. Poorly maintained property with an inflated price.

Overall, we stayed in a clean room with nice beds. Having a refrigerator was nice for leftovers, but there was not a microwave to heat them up later. Nothing we couldn’t live without. 🙂 There was also a nice view of Lake Huron from our balcony.

When we arrived @ the Days Inn 7/15/24 we asked to use the bathroom. We were sent outside back to the Employee's bathroom. When you have to go you have to go.......even though the Employee's bathroom was filthy dirty. 1 negative. Overall outside /lobby of Days Inn 2 more negatives. We asked to see our rooms (2). 2 more BIG NEGATIVES. That did it for me. Refused the rooms which our daughter booked from another State. The Days Inn refused to take the rooms off our daughter's Credit Card. Supposedly. because of their Cancellation Policy. I think(my opinion).........It's about TIME People/Consumers have a RIGHT TO REFUSE a room under unsatisfactory conditions & have the hotel take the rooms OFF the Consumer's Credit Card. AVOID this hotel like the Plague. K Bergman

Room smells musty, bathroom is gross, wallpaper is peeling, door wall doesn’t lock, not on the beach as pictured online (there is a parking lot between the hotel and the beach), wall air conditioner-haven’t seen that since the 1970s. Exterior of property is dirty and littered. Will never stay here again. The woman at reception was very nice.

The bed was comfortable, but that's it. The floor felt gritty, there was no outlet cover on plug behind nightstand, there was a gap in the door. And the hot tub was cloudy and didn't work, we were told to use the one at the hotel next door.

The bathroom mirror had brown stains on it, the sliding screen door was not on properly, the floor molding was falling off. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very nice.
