A little disappointed in a few things. The location is great. Right off the highway. Near (walking distance) to gas station and McDonald’s. It wasn’t crowded. Lobby nice and clean. Customer service great. Breakfast average. We got to choose to stay on the 4th floor. I was disappointed that the elevators wasn’t vacuumed. Our room in particular had stains in two different areas of the carpet. A slight water leak around the toilet. First time ever I’ve seen and killed a spider or any type of insect in a hotel.

We had a one night stay and were thankful because of the noise from teens running in the halls at night.
Also, several families could not get seats in the dining area because of groups of older women just visiting and not moving on after they had eaten.

We stayed here last year when it was a brand new hotel. We stayed again this year based on that stay. Hotel is still very well maintained. It is convenient to the interstate, gas station, and local wineries. We enjoy staying on a Sunday night to go to nearby Grand River Cellars for their Spaghetti and Meatball dinner and a glass of wine! Would recommend and would stay again.

My neighbour moved toMaddison County .I did manage to find him & came to meet me at this Hotel. There wasn't any good quality Pakistani food there;just a whole meal bread feeling lonely Some other friends I knew didn't answer the phone. My son drove bk 2 Birmingham Finally Good Hotel highly recommend. Malak

Clean. Pool was heated enough to not be freezing but definitely wasn’t warm! Kids were frozen in less than 30 minutes

Seems to be very family friendly. Our arrival consisted of a tornado warning. Despite that the hotel has a creepy basement parking garage that makes for a fun time. The hotel smelled like a monsters Inc episode with all these kids running around! Still fantastic, highly recommend.

Most of the staff was friendly, room was clean but pillows not very comfortable as they were flat. Worst part was on our first morning staying the cleaning staff used their key card to come in without knocking or any indication to us that anyone was coming in while we were getting ready for the day. We were very uncomfortable and the manager just said she would talk to them about it.

We were very pleased with this hotel. When we arrived at 10pm, the young gentleman at the front desk was fantastic! He was friendly, energetic and helpful. His welcome made us feel safe and cared for after a long drive. Truly above and beyond care and attention that set the tone for our whole stay. And he put us in a quiet room away from the highway which was great. Our room was a suite, but this just meant there was a sofa in it. The room was simple and clean. Nothing extraordinary, but it was clean which made us very happy. The bathroom area could use some minor maintenance to repair some slight wallpaper and baseboard tears, but since the room was clean and the check-in greeting so delightful, this was not a bother. We liked that there was an excellent breakfast in the clean and attractive lobby area, and that there is also an area to purchase a large variety of snacks - even foods you can microwave in your room. Lastly, the location was perfect for getting off and back onto the highway easily. The clean room and common areas, as well as the wonderfully friendly welcome are both reasons we will return in the future.
