A welcoming stay
We appreciated the welcome given and also being upgraded to a room with a stunning view. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. Breakfasts, snacks, and evening meals were also very good. On a couple of occasions there were misunderstandings about the information given to us but the staff concerned were keen to address these and ensure that we were happy.

This hotel is a joy, The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful, patient and well informed regarding local walks and likely conditions. The rooms themselves are beautifully appointed and those who had balconies over looking the rear of the property, had trouble dragging themselves away from sunsets and rises. Breakfasts were lovely and the awarded dining room provisions were memorable, Use of the minivan to drop us to various lifts and gondolas was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to the lovely staff who assisted making this stay one of our best on a tour of the Dolomites

What a beautiful experience we had at the Biohotel Hermitage! From the moment you walk in, wonderful Barbara and her staff take you in as if you were family. They truly understand the meaning of warm hospitality. I am a person who seeks out small charming hotels in stunning locations. The Hermitage exceeded my expectations. The views, the fabulous dinners, breakfasts and afternoon cakes, the relaxing spa-- all add to a very special experience. What a find! What a treasure! These wonderful people created a very memorable experience for us. Thank you!

Quest’hotel è un gioiello a Madonna di Campiglio. La cura degli ospiti (perché ci siamo sentiti ospiti e non clienti) èal primo posto , in un contesto dove si respira l’eleganza e l’accoglienza del Trentino. Colazione e Cena eccellenti, soprattutto da parte dello staff del ristorante c’è molta attenzione alle esigenze e alle richieste. Cibo di qualità elevata e servizio da 5 Stelle. Camere confortevoli e super pulite. Vista mozzafiato su le Dolomiti del Brenta. Che dire. È un luogo magico. Spero davvero di tornare e per chi legge queste righe, scegliete questa struttura perché renderà le vostre vacanze indimenticabili.

Saunabereich hat schon einige Jahre erlebt, entspricht absolut nicht mehr dem heutigem Standard. Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel etwarteten wir deutlich mehr.

Soggiorno da favola, elegantemente curato da uno staff all’altezza della struttura e della location suggestiva. Ogni servizio è stato erogato con la massima cura e attenzione al cliente e, da non trascurare, il cibo di qualità elevatissima. Se tornerò a Madonna di Campiglio non avrò dubbi sulla scelta del posto. Grazie per l’esperienza e spero di rivedervi presto!!
