The hotel is in a good location if you need to be close to the airport. The room is comfortable and clean. However, during the night I stayed, there were lots of people making noise in the halls and in the hotel. This didn't happen the previous time I booked a room.

The hotel has left a lot to be desired. First of all, we were 3 people and it turns out that the sofa bed was unopened and unmade… we had to call to indicate it. Then the third towel was missing. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired... other people's hair in the bathroom, papers... The man who collects the suitcases to leave them in storage is very very unpleasant, speaking to us in a derogatory, haughty tone and raising his voice out of place... Quite average location… you need a taxi for almost everything… because otherwise it is a 50 minute walk… very high price for the location. Staff 2/10 Attention 3/10 Cleanliness 3/10 Comfort 7/10 Location 2/10

Great time at hotel roof at cosy bar. Really helps when downtown everything keeps the heat: pavement and buildings. Nice Cold glass of Cava and beautiful view from above. Many thanks to hotel staff being so friendly, hospitable, and ceremonial. It counts nowadays twice, when many do not care about good manners. I can recommend Villa Vinci as a highly agreeable and enjoyable place to stay. Last but not least it has a strategic location at Calle Gran Via, which always guarantees you a “place to be”.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting Madrid. The location couldn’t be more perfect for sightseeing, so much within a 10 min walk so we hardly ever used the metro! Our room was lovely and bigger than expected, and had lots of historical charm. Was nice to have a room with a balcony overlooking the street although it did mean we heard rubbish collections in the night which really were very loud. Some parts of the room were also looking quite tired like bathroom door damaged by water and one of the bedside lamps had been glued and a bit wonky but overall the room was good and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Really good breakfast and staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again if we return to Madrid!

The location is good if someone needs to go to the airport. The hotel provides a free bus (quite small), which sends you to the airport. The room is big and comfortable. There is no water to drink or toothbrush, but they can give to you in the reception if you ask for it. 2 restaurants (very expensive) and swimming pool open just from 3pm-9pm.

If your looking for a weekend away to Madrid then look no further and choose the Novotel Madrid in the city center. The hotel is lovely and clean, the room are decent sizes and the shower is awesome. A special thank you to the hotel receptionist 'Sasha' who made our short weekend break amazing. Not only was she helpful and friendly she advised on historical points to see, advised how to travel around the city. The breakfast bar is spolit for choice and the hotel is only 20 minutes away by taxi to the airport T4, €30 a great price. The hotel provides complimentary water and housekeeping is great. This hotel has a lovely roof top bar and the food up there is amazing. Definitely worth all it's stars and the food is an excellent price. This is a great hotel in terms of location and access to both historical venues and shopping. While here we tried various foods such as Spanish, Indian, Thai and English . The people are friendly and getting around by metro is easy, or rentable scooters or bikes. The tour bus is also one to do, I went for my daughter's 16th and we all had a fabulous time .... also 20 minutes by tour bus to the Royal Madrid Stadium.

Excellent customer service, large comfortable rooms and a perfect city centre location close to the Metro and easy walking distance to the main city sites. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, the restaurant had a wide variety of well priced good quality food, and the staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. I was very nervous when I saw some bad reviews when I booked it, but it turned out to be better than expected. The hotel has free airport pick-up. After we arrived at Madrid Airport, turn right and there is a hotel shuttle bus station. Call the hotel and the hotel will send a car to pick us up. The hotel staff is warm and meticulous, check-in is fast, and the hotel is a new four-star hotel. The room is also very good, the bed is good, there is no odor, and it is very clean. The key is that the breakfast is amazing, with rich varieties, ham, salmon, various cheeses, and salads, coffee, juice, and fruits. Spanish ham and sausages are really delicious, pineapple, watermelon, and cantaloupe are very sweet, there are many coffee capsules, and Spanish fried dough sticks with chocolate sauce YYDS. The breakfast exceeded expectations and was worth the room fee. The hotel is also in a good location, close to the airport, and there are large shopping malls and supermarkets within a dozen minutes' walk. I highly recommend it and will stay here next time. We also had dinner, and the steak was quite good. The first choice hotel for airport accommodation in Spain.

The hotel is about ten minutes' drive from the airport. There is a shuttle bus shuttle. Remember to make an appointment in advance. The shuttle driver is very enthusiastic. The room was ok and the bathroom was large. A retro car show in the hotel lobby is great

Sadly the hotel fell short on a number of issues , we had a three night stay and the room was very comfortable , the hotel itself presents well, however we had breakfast on two days out of the three and the service on both occasions was poor and the hot buffet was luke warm at best, tables not cleared and zero table service if you wanted eggs or pancakes you had go and ask , I did mention to reception on second day however no improvement, on third day our key cards failed and our room was not serviced until nearly five pm , perhaps they thought we had checked out
