Best Pet Friendly Hotels in Madrid

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled. The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness. Concierge service was good. All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations. This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests! I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this. While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.

I highly recommend this hotel! From the wonderful welcome at the front desk to the cleanliness, spaciousness, and variety of amenities in the room, everything exceeded my expectations. I only stayed for one night, which was too short, but its proximity to the station made sightseeing very convenient. The elevator system was a bit unique, which was interesting. I had a room with a kitchen, and the overhead shelves even had plates and cutlery. This was the best hotel I stayed at during my whole trip around Europe. You should definitely give it a try!

Spain has lived in the most satisfying hotel. Although the hotel is not big, it is exquisite, the service is impeccable, the spare parts are full set of L'Occitane, and extra bath supplies and hand cream are given. The favorite photos are taken on the balcony of the room. Very Spanish style, breakfast menu can be single point, rich choice, highly recommended!

Perfect location to explore Madrid. Room was clean with all utilities working fine. Stuff is very friendly and helpful in all inquiries regarding navigation in Madrid. I will definitely stay in this hotel once more and I will refer my friends to it.

Very convenient location within walking distance to shops and major attractions, with a lively atmosphere at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing my friend to check in early after her morning flight. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a charming basement dining area. A decent hotel with a touch of vintage character.

Receptionist lady is very friendly and nice. I stayed two nights in this hostel with good experience. This hostel is good for short trip, good location and near metro station. Recommended
