Una vez hecha la reserva y el pago parcial de un apartamento a 310€, nos dicen que no está disponible, que solo queda uno de 350 que, por cierto, no aparecía en su web inicialmente (los precios estaban entre 290 y 330). Y que, o lo cogíamos, o nada. Total, que nos sentimos engañados porque ESA INFORMACIÓN DEBERÍA ESTAR DISPONIBLE ANTES DE CUALQUIER PAGO, ¿NO LES PARECE? Además, en la web te dicen que dispones hasta las 12 y luego, en el contrato a firmar allí, que a las 11. En definitiva, información tendenciosa. Vigilen antes de entregar cualquier dinero. Poco fiable.

Estudio pequeño par ir con dos hijos adolescentes. En la web hay fotos de un apartamento con terraza muy chula...pues nada que ver. Nos alojaron en un mini estudio con una terraza en la esquina del edificio en la que cabía una persona de pie...ni silla,ni mesa ni espacio. El apartamento necesita reforma urgente no tiene ni campana extractora en la cocina. El baño no tiene calefacción así que ducharse es una aventura. 160 euros la noche más 20 de parqing por esto...

Estancia de 5 días para 4 personas perfecta. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Decorado con estilo y funcionalidad, lo mejor es la ubicación. Se encuentra al lado del parque del Retiro y a 25 minutos andando de cualquier lugar de interés del centro. La atención muy buena. Sin duda repetiremos.
