Está en construcción, poco staff, no te avisan que no te resguardan maletas hasta que ya reservaste. Te cobran extra por limpiar el cuarto.
No dejan suficientes toallas y el servicio es muy lento. No dan late check out. No me quedé con buen sabor de boca aunque la habitación es linda y moderna, y la ubicación es extraordinaria

Nos encantó el apartamento, amplio, con buen baño, gran salón comedor, cama grande y comodísima, muy confortable y mejor ubicación es imposible. Es cierto que no hay reposición de papel higiénico ni guarda maleta, estos servicios no son difíciles de ofrecer y se agradecen mucho. por lo demás maravilloso.

La ubicación esta excelente, en plena Gran Vía, todas las tiendas, restaurantes y atracciones estan a una distancia a pie. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y recién renovadas, mi única queja es que no tienen el servicio de guarda equipaje si llegas antes de la hora del check-in y el lugar que te recomiendan para guardarlo queda justo enfrente pero cobra €15 por maleta…

Great location in Theatre district of Madrid. Close to metro, shopping, restaurants & cafes. Excellent facilities and plenty of room for 4 adults. Very convenient, quiet as well surprising considering the location on a Main Street. Bathroom facilities were also excellent.
