The room is a bit small but genuinely cozy, you've got a kettle, which is utmost, bed's really comfortable, the lady at the desk was very nice, location is great, walking distance to many sites & very close to the metro, quite fine for solo traveller or couples that aren't looking for too much space at a nice price.

We really enjoyed the Citadel, it was in a great location and so close to loads of great places to visit. It was very clean and the room was cleaned each day we were there with lovely fresh towels. The staff we met were really friendly. Would definitely stayt here again.

A very convenient place in the heart of Madrid city centre, very close to metro stations and main attractions. It’s an old building, and it needs refurbishment, but this hotel is good value for money. WiFi works well, and I like very much that they try to be sustainable with water resources.

Perfect and Clean room in the Center of the city. very discreet and cosy place perfect if you want your own privacy with just codes to get in and out without having to pass reception. Perfect location aswell and room was almost like in a 4 star hotel without having a “lobby and reception”.

On the page they had told me that it was located at Velázquez 45, and I ended up in Citadel, a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT area.
And the photos have nothing to do with reality, the room smelled VERY ugly during our ENTIRE stay. The truth is we left with a VERY BAD image, and not at all happy.
