My family of six stayed here during our trip through Spain and this hotel was one of our favorites. We had two rooms, a junior suite and a double room. The double room was pretty standard, but the junior suite was just wonderful. Bunk beds for the kids, a separate room for the parents, and an enormous balcony overlooking Retiro park. The location of the hotel is outstanding, right near Retiro park, in a nice part of town, slightly away for the most touristy areas. The breakfast was very high quality. The front desk staff were very helpful when we showed up early in the morning many hours before check in. Highly recommend this hotel!

Un hotel muy lindo y cómodo con una ubicación muy buena, el personal muy atento y servicial. Agradezco mucho a Fernando de recepción pues mi hijo tuvo una emergencia medica en la madrugada y nos ayudó de inmediato y con la mejor disposición. Muy recomendable.

Los cuartos son diminutos y la decoración es algo deprimente. No hicieron la limpieza del cuarto. Parece que solo hay un empleado en todo el hotel. La ubicación es inmejorable pero el hotel es extremadamente caro en comparación con lo que se obtiene. No recomendaría hospedarse aquí.

This is a perfect example of amazing location on the park with spectacular views and a hotel that badly needs an upgrade. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
The staff is excellent really apologetic about the condition of the room we had and did their best.
The breakfast was really good but served in the basement level of the hotel which seems ridiculous when they have that view.
