Amamos o hotel, tudo muito novinho e cheiroso. É um hotel diferente, a recepção é no quinto andar, mas é uma graça, parece que você está na casa de algum amigo. O quarto e banheiro, para alguns podem ser considerados pequenos. Achei suficiente pois é bastante confortável, aconchegante, limpo e cheiroso. Como parece recém reformado, tudo é novinho e bem decorado. Gostei da decoração, clean e moderna. O banheiro, digo o chuveiro, não é dentro da banheiro, o que pra nós era super importante porque minha mãe tem dificuldade para subir em banheira. A localização é SURREAL. Tomamos café da manhã apenas um dia (pois não inclui na diária, custava 13 euros), super gostoso, variado e com produtos saborosos. Recomendo sim adquirir. Para tudo isso, o hotel tem preço salgadinho, mas acho que vale a pena sim e ficaria novamente lá. Já estou recomendando.

The room on their website two days after admission cost me more than 300 euros, because of the location I thought it was worth it... on their website on the day of admission they offer the same room for less than 100 euros, it is an abuse I feel stolen !! I stayed three nights at this property whose description, on the hotel website as well as on other booking sites, is accurate and realistic. The location is advisable for those who, not wanting to live in the historic center, want to get to know an elegant, well-lit and at the same time lively and well-served residential neighborhood like Salamanca. The hotel occupies three floors (from the 5th to the 7th) of a period building, with access by lift. The common areas are not very large but very welcoming and well looked after. Regarding the rooms, I stayed in a standard single, very small, as correctly indicated at the time of booking, but all in all comfortable and functional, although too unadorned and spartan. The double rooms - glimpsed from the corridor - seem decidedly warmer and more welcoming. Although the property is located on a busy road, the internal-facing rooms are well isolated from street noise. Unfortunately, the soundproofing between the rooms, especially with the bathrooms, leaves a lot to be desired, even more so if the neighbors are rude. The breakfast is excellent in terms of variety, freshness and quality (the homemade fruit juices are excellent), even if after 10am some products are missing, especially on the busiest mornings. Friendly and efficient service, good cleanliness. Pay attention to the procedure for confirming and paying for the reservation made directly on the hotel website which, as indicated in other reviews, is not clear and takes place in several phases (the inbox must always be checked). Good value for money for the area. I recommend the stay as long as you are fully aware of exactly what it offers.

It is a small but comfortable hotel, it has the basics to rest, a good bed and a good shower. It is pleasant, friendly and very well located, so its quality-price ratio is very appropriate! I recommend this hotel and would use it again at any time.

I paid for a double room for single use with a large bed €170/night and when I arrived they gave me a storage room with a small bed attached to the wall and a hallway to get to the bathroom. Bathroom as big as room. The green emergency light in a small room of that size is like sleeping with a headlamp in the room. It would be good for €30. But quality-price very bad. I will not repeat.
