La habitación era muy, muy justa de tamaño. Una maleta tuvimos que dejarla en el baño. Un poco de mejor mantenimiento en el baño y mobiliario no estaría de más.

Hotel situato nel quartiere Chueca, a pochi minuti a piedi o in metro dal centro della città, personale garbato e cordiale. Stanza con tante problematiche, dall'acqua calda lentissima alle schede che si smagnetizzano di continuo. Bagno con marmo interno doccia spaccato e sporco, poca cura della pulizia. Colazione discreta. Prezzo nella media. 2 stelle piene, consigliato per la posizione ma non per il soggiorno.

Il soggiorno è andato complessivamente bene e in linea con le mie aspettative. Unica pecca avevo richiesto una camera con doccia a pavimento e bidet (avevo fatto una lunga ricerca perchè sembra che il bidet non sia usuale in Spagna), mi è stata invece assegnata una camera senza bidet e attrezzata per portatori di handicap. Il concierge si è dato molto da fare per cambiare la stanza e infine ho avuto una stamza con bidet, ma con doccia in vasca. Il personale (Sergio) è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Una menzione particolare per l'addetto allla colazione

Hotel tranquilo para estar en pleno centro de Madrid y el personal muy amable y atento. El hotel tiene ese toque clásico de las antiguas casas de Madrid sin renunciar a todas las comodidades de unos servicios que eficazmente funcionan. Lo recomiendo.

Es un pequeño hotel en Chueca con personal muy amable, muy bien situado y que, ademas, tiene un restaurante fantastico. Esta ubiciado en un antiguo palacete, con habitaciones luminosas y amplias. Muy limpio y funcional. muy cerca de la gran via tambien

Hotel que ya había visitado hace unos años y que para mi destaca sobre todo por su ubicación, zona tranquila pero cerca de los lugares mas céntricos de Madrid. Todo lo demás muy correcto o suficiente para mí, habitación espaciosa y cómoda. Hotel que si en el futuro encuentro un buen precio , repetiría sin dudarlo...

La ubicacion del hotel es fantástica para conocer el centro de Madrid. el personal de recepción muy amable y colaborador. Encantadores. Ahora bien; la habitación pequeña e interior, y necesita una reforma. Los muebles son antiguos, el aire acondiconado regular. Necesita con urgencia un lavado de cara.

Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Room did not get cleaned for three days, had to collect my own laundry after having dropped it off (similar for the iron and iron board, which I also had to collect at reception). Shower dreadful, massive cracks in the bath and a mattress that was on the bed during the Spanish civil war. Need I continue?
