位置優良，房間舒適，就是備註訊息基本不看，態度很好，但是改變很難。另外6月到現在一直在裝修，樓下酒吧音樂基本轟趴到2點以後如果需要安靜的可以繞道。

Amenities like kettle, shower cap, sanitary bag….are not provided in room. Facilities such as swimming pool and sauna need to be booked in advance.

The hotel is in a great location.
The service needs to be improved. The hotel asked us to change rooms the day before check-out, and they didn't apologize for disturbing the guests. Such service is not in line with the hotel's positioning

The location is great. It's across from the Retiro Park. It's very convenient to go to the park, museums, and shopping. Puerta del Sol is also a 20-minute walk away. I like it.

We were only in Madrid for one night after traveling around Spain. This is a beautiful hotel and great service. The front desk people were so accommodating and made great recommendations for us and even reservations. We were so pleased with everything! Beautiful, elegant, quiet and comfortable room. We would stay again.
