The hotel is good for money

Overall okay. Receptionist very helpful and polite. Arranged vehicles for whole trip to visit places. Good job. Only room is small.

The location of the hotel was on the main road, but it was narrow and parking facilities are not good enough. The toilets of the hotel room also needs to be hygienic and clean.

Stayed there for a night with family. The staff was extremely helpful. Even though parking spots are very limited, they helped with parking and unloading the luggage. The rooms are compact and value for money. The bathrooms were clean. Having a veg restaurant in the hotel was a big convenience.

Very mediocre below average place. The maintenance is poor. Rusted bathroom taps. Wash basin tap did not work. Response from the hotel staffs was it's because of salt water i. E. Salt getting deposited in tap line. Then how come the bath tap & toilet helpline worked better? they had no answer for it. Towels were not clean at all. Not sure when it was washed last time. If you call the receiption for a request, they send staffs. But if you see the housekeeping staffs on floor & request for anything, they'll say they'll come but they'll never come. Car parking - it can accommodate 6 cars in the basement. If you are lucky, you will get space for your car if not we have to check for parking elsewhere outside by ourselves. Food - there is a veg restaurant in ground floor. But food was very bland. No salt absolutely & spice level was below normal in south indian breakfast.

Pathetic and humiliating. The denied me breakfast even though i have paid, due to some billing issues with makemytrip. They don't care about their guest. They have the audacity to treat you like an imprisoner.
