The hotel was good, staff was also very helpful. The staff was polite and knew to speak in english. Walking distance to go to meenakshi temple, market n food area but the rooms were not very clean. The taps and basin was dirty. Bed was not cleaned. Has to ask to change the room as the 1st one had leakage issue. Don't have

Reaching the hotel was an arduous journey due to a combination of poor signage, challenging road conditions, and indifferent staff who failed to address our concerns.

1st i asked to cancel the extra room which was not entertained my you guys and property owner both second ac wasn’t working on that room no towel no soap no hand wash and mosquitoes was there at last i ended up adjusting in premium suit only

The bathroom flush was leaking and overflowing. Room was very small and congested. Extra mattress provided was not clean. The brush paste packet provided had hair in it. The washbasin was not clean and spilling water. Bathroom shower was not working.

Worst service i have never travel-led like this. Bus department behaviour is very much rude. They are not dropping the dropping point. Because of that i paid 500 to auto waala to reach my drop location
