The hotel has been renovated for a long time and is a bit old, but it is very clean, and there are still some dishes that suit Chinese tastes. Snorkeling needs to be booked one day in advance.

We found this resort really outstanding incl Room, surrounding, pool and of-course the overall service.
Everything seems out of world. Check-in handling by Sameer and the night DJ by Bunty finished just now was excellent

What a gorgeous quiet resort. The staff are so attentive and friendly. Big shout out to Shereef and Mahjeet ( sorry if that's wrong spelling). The food is amazing, lots of variety of dishes. We stayed in WV141. Villa was clean and comfy. The resort is showing its age in places but the friendliness of the staff hugely outweigh this. We snorkeled off the WV and saw turtles, black tipped sharks and lots of fish. This was our first visit to the Maldives and certainly won't be our last. I'd like to try other resorts but I will return to Medhufushi as its gorgeous.

Just returned from Medhufushi, what a fantastic holiday we had. The staff are amazing and so so friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Our waiter Rony was amazing. Our house keeper Ali was also amazing. The bar Staff were very eager to serve you with drinks and never had to wait long for your next drink. Food was really good my husband is a very picky eater and he loved the food he always found something. We had a water villa and saw lots of sting rays turtles and sharks swimming past our villa. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The hospitality in the resort was very good. Mainly the receptionist NARESH given us good service and looked after everything . Overall experience at Medhufusi Island was very good. Best Holiday Destination to get relaxed and enjoy. The Spa service was so good

Went to Medhufushi resort for honeymoon package The resort was actually very good well maintained and support staff in reception Naresh assisted us in very polite manner and he was very good us responded very quickly. We were assisted by Shadab in dining area he was also very polite but the food over there was not Indian we were missing Indian food very badly. All was very good over there beautiful water villas and beach villas and there service was extraordinary.

Myself and husband are currently staying at this resort in room 127. Wow wow wow! The manager should be so proud of himself for running such an amazing resort! The staff are really awesome they all go above and beyond their duties. We have 3 more days and we will be savouring ever minute! Thank you all do vey much 😘

The hotel was very beautiful and dreamlike, the service was excellent, the food was wonderful, the behavior of the staff, especially Sameer Mirza, Chami and Mohammad Irshad, was very, very good. Thank you to Sameer Mirza, who took wonderful photos of us despite the absence of a photographer and was so kind to us.
