Nice for the price but the room is not so big. Good for friends

Lovely fresh clean hotel, food was okay if you’re not too fussy. Omelette at breakfast was great freshly made to order! Pools were clean and well supervised. Hotel was generally quiet and relaxing not a party vibe but not boring either. Just what you want during the days in magaluf really to recover for the next night! Veiw from the hotel of the mountains was great! Check was easy although only 1 room of 2 was ready early we were right next door to each other. Luggage storage was secure and safe while the other half of our group waited. All inclusive drinks were a big plus too even if we did have to pay extra for them it was worth it. All in all a good stay.

It is a very nice hotel in a good location for a slightly quieter stay in Magaluf, but more could be done to separate those wishing the slightly quieter experience. Because of the very nature of going to “maga” I expect it to be lively and I’m more than capable of staying “out out” to party myself , but I’ve also learnt to respect others , which tends not to happen with the stag/ hen parties that are away . With that in mind I think for the hotel management to improve the overall experience, stag and hen dos should be located on the first couple of floors with families and couples etc located up on floors higher up , so when those returning from the clubs at 5-6am in the morning and want to shout down the corridors at the top of their voices won’t disturb others . Maybe some soft furnishings in the corridors would also help as very echoing. Having said that the staff were lovely and the food was very good considering it was a buffet style and had different options each night , and always healthier options like fish on the menu so well done for that . I saw someone moaning about no inflatables etc in the pool ,I liked that as enables people to swim .i guess the real issue is your trying to accommodate all types of visitors and maybe you should either go all out for the stag and hen do types , or turn them away altogether. You cannot please all of the people all of the time . I do agree that paying for cups on poolside was somewhat irritating, especially as they would not except me to add on to my drinks bill but wanted cash , but maybe that got lost in translation, and people leaving towels on sunbeds, whilst clearly not by the pool was irritating and selfish , as not enough sunbeds for all . Overall I enjoyed our stay

Hotel looked promising when we saw it advertised, Food was the same more a less everyday 😋, Had to call reception to say that our room hadn't been cleaned. Have to pay for plastic cups around the pool says all inclusive more like SELF CATERING as you have ro pay for things.

Do not go here if you are 18-25. me and my friend are just back from here and definitely will not be returning. We booked a twin room with a balcony but we were placed on a ground floor room with no balcony, and was just an open terrace which anyone on the ground floor could walk up right up to your doors, when we arrived our outside furniture had been taken their was no mirror, no cups, the previous guests socks and the walls were covered in marks. we went back to reception and said is there any chance they could move us as we didn’t feel safe being 2 young girls and having anyone be able to get right up to our back door. They said they were full and refused to move us even after saying we would pay for an upgrade to any other room, yet there was multiple rooms you could buy online for that night and every other night we were there, the staff at reception were rude and were completely unbothered about how we were dissatisfied. the all inclusive doesn’t include much at all, you get 3 drinks at lunch, 3 at dinner but the only drinks your allowed is wine(which is watered down), beer and sangria and if you want vodka cocktails etc it’s €15pp per day. The buffet has a very small selection and the stuff that is there is either undercooked or cold. Not got one pleasant experience to share about this hotel. Just leaving feeling like i’ve completely wasted my time and money.
