1. Good Villa with big swimming pool very near to Main market of mahableshwar. 2. 1min from market & State transport road. 3. Rooms are small and some of the room have smell. 4. Hot water is sometime hard to get. 5. Good food is served in both lunch and dinner

There is no direct cook available . TV recharge was expired . WiFi wasn’t working not a worth to spend money on it for stay . Kindly avoid this. If you order something even to ask order service boy was coming only after second call . If you order a coffee you will get a tea.

The only good thing about this place is food, rest is all pathetic. You don't even get a feeling of deluxe rooms when they say it's super deluxe. Blankets with holes, small curtains in rags, table with no drawer, TV with no recharge, remote with no cell, AC as a show piece and there is a list of USPs this place has. Hot water comes only till 10.30 and that too if you are lucky. Don't stay here is what I strongly recommend.

We planned to stay here for 3 days but had to leave the hotel just because of poorly managed stuffs. You can see leakage everywhere, in room, washroom, children play area, restaurant. Rooms were dirty, mosquitos were around..Location is near to market, that's the only positive point. Hot water is available only from 6am to 10am..
