The overall experience was fine as the location was perfect near to main market. You can go around in market at nights also very safely. Amenities and services were also fine. But the staff is very less as it is small hotel so it took around 1-2 hours during check in and settle down in our room. Ac took time start and washroom could be more clean. There is no food availability in the room but there are lot of hotels nearby. If you have less expectations then this hotel is very good in low budget in a hill station.

Everything is good except they are not providing packaged drinking water as complimentary. And they charge for that.

The hotels locations is at the city center with easy access to market and restaurants. We booked 3 rooms for 2 days, and the stay was very comfortable rooms and entire hotel was really clean and the staff is very good. Only thing missing was complimentary breakfast, but good restaurants are located in less than 1 min walk.
