Hotel non molto pulito. Abbiamo trovato delle blatte nei corridoi e in camera. Cibo al buffet sempre lo stesso. Non c’era varietà. Se si fanno escursione con partenza presto, si ha accesso solo alle brioche e non ai succhi di frutta. Esperienza poco soddisfacente. L’animazione lascia desiderare. L’unica cosa bella è stata il mare. Le piscine erano un po’ sporche. Wi-Fi nelle camere inesistente. Personale ALPITOUR molto insistente per fare le escursioni.

Je recommande cet hôtel ! Idéalement situé , avec une plage magnifique. La chambre, la literie, la restauration, l’accueil tout est vraiment incroyable ! Le personnel est très à l’écoute et disponible pour nous rendre le séjour agréable et reposant. Les animations sont variées et fait dans la folie ce qui rends la chose encore plus belle. Un petit clin d’œil à nos 4 animateurs tunisiens qui ont été exceptionnels ! Merci à Momo alias Amin , Oppa , Luffy et Leo vous avez été super ! Le séjour n’aurait pas été le même sans votre folie et gentillesse ! Très professionnel. MERCI et à bientôt.

Super vacances, très belle hôtel, super animation. Très belle plage. Très propre. Bien situé. Très belle piscine. Bonne restauration, même si toujours la même chose. Reste normal pour ce type de all exclusive. Bonne sécurité avec maître nageur et agent de sécurité sur la plage.

Séjour de 8 jours 7 nuit horrible dans cette hôtel fuyez Premiers jours aucun accueil on vous donne une feuille avec horaires restauration code wifi horaires ouverture bar et horaires ouverture fermeture de la piscine Chambre vieillot meuble lit baignoire carrelage même pommeau de douche ( griffe la paume de main a cause de l inox écailler ) tout est dans un état de délabrement Première chambre 8 cafards en 2 jours 2 ème chambre invasions de fourmis Restauration la même chose aucun choix le comble la conservation en fin journée pour le lendemain horrible ( ex tomate brûlé goût du frigo dans la nourriture mélange d ancien et nouveau produits fade dessert horrible fruit nuage de moucherons bref horrible) La seul chose cuistot italien dans la véranda qui sauve les meubles. je vous conseille les restaurants alentours de l’hôtel pas cher, et au moins vous tombez pas malade Au bar boissons sont servis chaudes sans gaz serveur qui met ses doigts au-dessus du verre pour vous servir traces de doigts dans le verre niveau hygiène. À revoir. Sincèrement, fuyez !!!!!!!!!

Struttura carina,attrezzata e abbastanza pulita. Personale efficiente e molto cordiale. Piscina Top. Purtroppo Wi fi è inesistente nelle camere costringendo quasi tutti andare nella hall dove tra l’altro per politiche della direzione, la sera non funziona l’aria condizionata. Risolvendo queste due mancanze la struttura sarebbe da 4 stelle. Ringraziamo in particolar modo Isabell l’animatrice di Alpitour e la massaggiatrice Miriam che sono due ragazze Fantastiche!

Scriviamo questa recensione dal ritorno dalla nostra vacanza.. hotel molto bello, cibo abbondante e che accontenta un po’ tutti come varietà, si affaccia su un mare e una spiaggia meravigliosi… i ragazzi dell animazione sono stati carini e non pressanti.

Hotel porażka, obsługa głównie nastawiona na Francuzów, olewająca zgłaszające problemy. Pani przy recepcji dramat chyba pomyliła miejsca pracy. Oczywiscie znajdzie sie kilka osób które sa godne pochwały za swoją pracę.pokoje dramat grzyb i syf ręczniki faktycznie codziennie czyste i nowe ale mimo wszystko pokoje przydało by się gruntownie sprzątnąć. Strefa SPA nadaje się również do remontu raczej odstrasza niż zachęca. Największy plus za plażę jest świetna
