Hilton members booked rooms through the platform and checked in. Those who never write reviews really can't help but remind everyone to avoid pitfalls 1) After paying on Ctrip, the hotel charged me again (OTA price, and sent the bill to me, which was really embarrassing) 2) When checking in, the front desk assigned me to a guest room that was already in the hotel. Later, when I went to apply for a three-day parking card, I found out and downgraded me to a different room type 3) When checking out, it was clearly stated that the room consumption would be deducted from my pre-authorized card for the room, but it was deducted from my customer's credit card (for another room), which was embarrassing again Other than that, the city is good, the hotel has a good location, and the price-performance ratio is good. Ctrip customers are very patient in solving problems, and the hotel is too casual!
