Good location, quite simple but everything needed. Bathroom did not smell great

The receptionists weren’t helpful at all. They were very unpleasant.

Fast check in, polite stuff, very clean and near by train station. Only thing i noticed but not it didnt affect on my stay here is not so good inside isolation, i can hear other people talking.

Very good hotel stay. Near to the train station. Breakfast is quite good.

There is a bus stop right in front and across from the hotel. It was about half a hop and two stops away, so it was easy to move with a suitcase. It takes about 7 minutes to walk. The room was clean and meticulously organized every day, so I felt good when I left and came back. I stayed in a 3-person room, and although the bed was small, I rested comfortably in my own bed. The front desk staff were always very friendly too!

For a woman to stay alone, it's simply a disgrace - you have to get into the city either through a lonely, dirty, long underpass or a long, hidden footpath between the bicycle parking garage and the warehouses. There's no one there in the evening and not much going on during the day. When you return from the city in the evening, there are no groups you can join. You need to be with at least four people to feel comfortable. Nasty area!

The adjacent parking lot is free to use, which is convenient for travelers who travel by car. In addition, the system where you receive a receipt at check-in and do not need to check out is also helpful for busy travelers. The rooms are not large, so they may not be suitable for long stays, but they are functional and I think that this hotel is a good choice for travelers in the city, including the location.

On the point. We were kindly received and all our questions were answered neatly and well.

Overall a nice hotel for the price. Rooms were a reasonable size and very clean, bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. The area isn’t great though, we didn’t feel super safe walking through the area at night and you have to walk 10-15 minutes to find any restaurants.

No hot water during our stay. Some weird story and blamed the city of Mainz of this problem.

Very convenient to the railway station. Reasonable eateries nearby. Check in efficient, no need to check out. Buffet breakfast adequate for a budget hotel.

Very nice hotel, nice accommodations and room.

We were really pleased with this hotel as a reasonably priced overnight stay before leaving early the next morning via a train to FRA airport. The hotel was very quiet, extremely clean, and looked recently renovated. We had a room with 2 twin beds and 2 bunk beds; it was cozy but worked well. My only caution to future travelers: this hotel is a good 7-min walk from the train station, not next to it, and walking directions on Google Maps are not at all accurate, taking you along a busy road with no sidewalk. To reach the hotel from the train station, exit left from the main entrance and walk down the street running immediately next to the station. When you get to the underpass, turn left and walk through, then right as you come out. The hotel is ＜100 meters up the road on the right.
