Value for Money. I had a pleasant stay while working in the office for several days in Makati. It is accessible, and it won't take much time to travel back and forth from Makati CBD. The room and bathroom were clean, and the rooftop view was cool. There is no random bad smell around the room or building. The only downside is that there is no elevator going to higher floors. I stayed on the 4th floor, and it was challenging to go up and down with the luggage. Overall, it is a very nice place, and i will return if i have business in Makati again.

The room is very clean and comfortable to stay in tho there’s no toothbrush at all but it was a good stay. The staffs are very friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located between JP Rizal and Makati Avenue, making it easily accessible by public transport. There are plenty of food choices, hangout spots, and bars along Makati Avenue for you to enjoy. Although the area is gated under the barangay, the hotel staff mentioned that there is a side access point when the gate is closed. The room was superb in terms of cleanliness and neatness, with the toilet and bathroom shining clean and spotless. The linen and towels were clean and fresh. Despite the noise from passing cars outside, I was able to sleep well. The air conditioning was effective, and a stand fan was also provided in the room for those who might find the air conditioning too cold. A few things to note: no bottled water is provided, but there is an electric kettle, drinking glasses, and mugs. They provide one bar of soap with fresh towels, but no shampoo, toothpaste, or toothbrush. This wasn’t an issue for me as I always bring my own toiletries. Additionally, there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. The staff are friendly and courteous. Overall, the hotel is basic but secure and comfortable. .

The room is clean and supet comfy to stay for days. I stayed for 4 days and Im so satisfied. Easy access to food chains within makati avenue and burgos street. The staff is quite accomodating and I enjoy habing moments in the roof top where I can see the overview of Rockwell. Over all its fun staying with the place. I book again soon.

The room is clean and location is great. It would be better if the rest room has bidet. Overall,it's an excellent stay. I will be back and book to this place again.

The place has perfect location if you want to be on a budget, but stay in a safe area. It's on the street where poblacion is. Also just across the bridge there is a ferry from Hulo station that takes you to the Intramuros. So location is great. Price is great. But, I had so many ants in my room , they were coming out from nowhere! My bed was shaking, every movement made a terrible sound and gave a feeling like it would fall apart right now. Was scary to sleep and to move. Also plugs! Ilthey are terrible. I couldn't charge my phone or PowerBar because they were fckdup. U tried to put a bottle to keep ot connected, I held it with my foot, with my hands it's just terrible.

It was a great experience to relax for two nights and 2 days on this place. So clean and safe to stay.

The staff are very friendly and made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. The room is basic but did the job for our 2 night stay. The neighbourhood is nice but a bit far from some of the more popular local amenities.

The place is just near Sts. Peter and Paul Church which is just a few meters away, very convenient as I spent Holy Week to serve in my old parish. The staff were friendly and helpful, and very accommodating with my requests. Will definitely stay there next Holy Week (or when the need arises that I have to spend another few days in Poblacion Makati) 😊

Stayed twice in this hotel over my 10 day period in the Philipinees, I found the front door staff to be helpful and polite. I also recieved great help from the three young girls that work there with the local sims card, very grateful for this. Overall this hotel is completely fine, safe area, clean rooms, steep stairs to climb, depends where you get your room front or back..., back rooms have a very small window...front have a bancony.......flat screen TVs in rooms but never seem to work smoothly or at all...... easy to get to the Poblacion bars etc but limited when you want to use the LRT trains and buses to move around the city.

It's clean and good for it's price. Area is safe for tourist. I checked in smoothly and staff are friendly.

Nice place, affordable, convenient for a couple and close to a lot of restaurants

Room was super clean same as lobby was so clean all the time , location was in busy area just not near to mrt or lrt but in this price highly recommend this hotel, Just 1 thing this hotel dnt have elevators.
