mySTAY Hotel BGC South Reviews

We had an amazing 1-night stay. The toilet however had a urine smell during our check-in which persisted until our check-out despite the seemed-newly-cleaned room we saw. We don't know where it came from. I hope the housekeeping figures out where the bad smell is coming from!

The room was 😊 good

We are content with the room that has been given to us and during our stay this time, the staff have been very helpful and consistently wear a pleasant expression.

The room was very clean and left a good impression. However, they only provided water once during my four-day stay. Also, when I asked to leave my luggage at the hotel when I checked out, they said it would cost extra. I was a little surprised because I've never experienced anything like that in any other hotel I've stayed at before.

The price is great. I don’t like air conditioners. I like to open windows, so I think it’s very suitable for me.

I booked a hotel with this name, thinking it was in BGC, but in the end I found out it wasn't in BGC at all. What's bad is that there are all these little messy little houses at the door. I'm afraid to walk in when I'm looking for a hotel at night.

The room is small and the price is not bad. There are no toiletries provided in the room.

The receptionist, Grace, was excellent oh her job, especially giving instructions and every information. On the other hand, the room is cozy. I really appreciate how they maximize the space. However, you would hear the other room and outside.

My friends and I enjoyed staying here. Really rested well after all that walking and partying in BGC. Great quality for a budget hotel. Also, really great staff, especially Jerricka and Ian, I’ll commend them on their service. PS. Free Gym!

The place is nearby from bgc which is convenient the hotel has an elevator and complimentary wi-fi which is i like the room is very cozy and budget friendly what does is very accommodating our needs very accessible from convenience store the interiors was cool

I want to own Room 103 🥰🥰🥰 The AC could've been colder, but everything else is 💯💯💯 The people at the reception area and the guards always spoke to us with a 😁😁😁 and gave us a very pleasant customer experience. 👏👏👏

We really had a great stay. The room was super clean and the bed is comfy. Staff are also very friendly. Especially Ghing of front desk. She helped us with directions going to our destinations. I will surely book again in the future.
