Has complete amenities. The security guard took a picture of us even though we already presented our IDs and authorization coming from the owner. Don’t know if it was protocol or maybe they were suspicious but felt like criminals lol did not like the experience personally

The room is clean and well organized. What you see is what you get. Though the building is a bit busy due to a lot of people staying. Just be patient in waiting for the lift. We had a comfortable stay overall. Easy access to ayala ave. and the air mall where you can eat and get your supplies from the grocery. Will try the other locations. I appreciate the host sending us updates. Will definitely stay again.

Fast wifi. Nice street view from room. The room I booked costs least so no balcony to sit, just a balcony for aircon compressor. I love the washing machine as I have a few T-shirts to wash. Detergent can be bought in savemore supermarket right under the condo. Room has the living room and kitchen but I didn’t cook. Nice area to stay. Need to register and have our photos taken with the Admin at Lobby before we went up our room which is on 19th floor. 2-3 days before arrival, we sent them photos of our passports and got an authorization letter to stay. When we arrived, they said we still needed to register. Waited quite long as their computer had a problem and they restarted and there were more than 10 guests that time. Pool on 8th floor and you need to pay 150 Peso per person to use. Very fast response each time I email the Host. Over we enjoyed our stay.

We are having a good time together with my wife, a comfy and a neat room. A small bacony for the city view a great way to chill and have some beer while watching the busy street. And a hot coffee in morning where sunrise greet you! We have some trouble with the WiFI connection but the owner was so kind to communicate with us to solve the issue. Good for family staycation especially children, they have pool and playground. Recommended hotel.

Upon arrival i was assisted by the owner himself, very accommodating and kind. You can find peace in this property, the unit is clean with pool view. You can cook cause there’s a complete kitchen materials for cooking. They provide kit for dental, soap with shampoo, they have netflix and youtube. The tried the pool around 7am and it is not crowded, we enjoyed it. Looking forward to stay again.
