Spa was mediocre. They need to improve on customer experience. Massage room too cold and no way to adjust temperature. No heated bed. Had to ask for more towels to keep me warm. Didn’t smell like a spa. Little musty. Therapist was good though. The rooms are well appointed and very spacious. Complete with kitchen in a 2BR Suite. Bathtub too high for short people and may cause accidents. There’s a washer dryer combo that technically only washed clothes and kept clothes damp. The dryer was not efficient and we checked out with still damp clothes. 3 associates came to the room and tried to solve the problem. Their suggestion was to wash the clothes again so it will trigger the dry cycle. Never worked. Waste of time and energy. Dryer should dry clothes. Period. Breakfast selection was good. Saw a little cockroach walk around the sushi area. 😲 The area can get so much traffic. Kalayaan Ave can get crazy busy. Give enough time and clear directions for your Grab diver if you want to make your appointments on time. OVERALL GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!

Good location & nice swimming pool that is shared with I’M Hotel in the same building. Spacious & Comfortable room too.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, value for money. The room where I stayed is so spacious. Hotel staff are very courteous. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Reservation listed it has lounge access and washing machine amenities. These were inaccurate. Took us a long time to settle this with front desk.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, although it did have its hiccups. There was a slight delay during check-in as my booking through the app didn't reflect on time, resulting in about an hour of waiting. However, the staff accommodated my request for a room on the same floor as my friends, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room wasn't as cold as expected and compared to my friends’ room, requiring multiple reports to have it fixed. Despite these minor inconveniences, I still enjoyed a nice quick break and found the hotel itself to be great.

This was my favorite hotel in the philippines. Until the last trip where we were blamed for smoking in the room. Which the staff clearly tells you you can do on the balcony. Upon check out, they seen a cigarette butt. In the trash can and then charged me.An additional ten thousand pesos. Asking for the policy on smoking, it states nowhere that the room cannot have cigarette butts and things of that nature within the waistcans. After questioning the staff regarding the fine the Staff constantly told me you could smoke on the balcony.But not in the room. But then continue to find me for smoking in the room, even though the smoke detector did not deploy. I think in front of them about the problem.And they left me sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half for a manager to contact me. The rooms also lack certain items that they claim. They have some have washers machines some don't. Beware of the bath and the shower they're super. Tall and super dangerous to climb in and out of i'm not sure who designed that, but they need to go back and look at the architecture. For some reason, the first time i've ever seen in my forty years of life, someone decided to put the bathroom lock on the bottom of the door i'm not sure what they decided to accomplish with this, but even when I tried to lock the door it was unlockable. The views are beautiful, however, and the pool downstairs is pretty nice. The spa though sucks, however, because you have to take 2 elevator rides to actually get to where you're going right running around the hotel in a bath robe... The room denies and the layout's good spokennoise but with the recent issues with a ten thousand peso fine For no fault Of our own and the staff leaving me hanging while running away and not confronting the issue.I will not be staying at oakwood again.

Really modern hotel room, with well thought-out design that makes the studio feel like a One Bedroom Suite, in the same building and sharing facilities with I’M Hotel. We received a little welcome snack and card. We loved that when we requested late Check-Out we were allowed to check out at 2 P.M. Small annoyances included not being able to have the booking added to the asr app as advertised and not being offered a water pitcher as mentioned on the Check-In document we received. The views were good but not overwhelming, I guess it’s a good idea to request a higher floor. Overall we would recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

My worst hotel stay in Manila due to staff acting like prison guards. They focus primarily on protecting the hotel from damage, not on guest satisfaction. I saw over 30 employees and no one smiled. I only stayed one night and changed the hotel to another one. Check-in took 20 minutes. Check out took 40 minutes. I asked for a quiet room, away from elevators and other noise. They gave me the room closest to the elevators. There was loud music playing from the rooftop bar and other places in the area until 2 a.m. I slept less than 5 hours. The washing machine didn't dry the clothes, so I have to wash the clothes again and dry them in another hotel. The bathroom is a joke, a huge flood after every shower. At check-out, they inspect the room like in a car rental company when returning the car and charge a fee, e.g. for dirty towels with blood on them :) I have been to over 500 hotels around the world and have never experienced this type of hotel policy. Towels are easy to wash, so why do guests have to pay for new ones? I didn't have to pay extra for anything, but keeping the room tidy like in a museum was a bit stressful :) Anyway, I won't come back and I don't recommend this hotel.
