The location is OK, there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. The facilities are very old. The breakfast is very simple, almost nothing to eat. The room is relatively large. The kitchen facilities are not complete and relatively dirty. The price-performance ratio is not good.

The hotel is in a good location, clean and spacious, but that's basically all I can say. There is an electric box in the room, it buzzes so much that you want to hit someone, and there is not a single plug in the whole room that is not loose.
I booked a double bed room, but it was a twin bed. I asked to change it, but there was no room available after waiting for two hours. The hotel front desk called and provoked me directly, saying that you can stay or not, but you won't get your money back if you leave early. It's basically equivalent to no service.
In addition, there is a building under construction 20 meters outside, which is very noisy. Building construction in the Philippines is very slow. Basically, you don't have to consider living in this crappy place until 2025.

It’s perfect for solo travelers. All staff were accommodating! Front desk staff received guests well. All sheets, towels were fresh and clean! I like the room I got, spacious!
