This hotel is very disgusting and disappointing. We've talked to their staff on the front desk stating that we wanted to cancel our accomodation with them. The hotel looks like a cheap inn, it's dirty and their staff is not friendly enough. It feels like they don't want to talk with their guest. They did not provide any proper expectation about cancellation. They just have told us that we can cancel
our booking in the app to get our refund, because they have told us that they don't have control over it. After cancelling the booking, the hotel rejected the cancellation. They're not even answering our phone calls and the phone calls of trip.com. Unfortunately, they're the one who has the control on the cancellation request. They've told us a misinformation about it. It's so annoying that they are not fixing or resolving this kinds of concern.
