Very good place to stay on vacation.
Room so spaciuos. We booked two bedroom but the staff upgrade our room to three bedroom.
Location nice which easily for you to take grab or taxi to go everywhere.
Definetely will come back to stay in this hotel if we come to manila again.

Impressive view from the rooftop. Staff were very helpful and supportive. The challenge like other location is getting a cab. Book early to avoid being late as the waiting time is quite substantial.

All the hote staff are kind and accommodating. A day well spent and we enjoy the free buffet breakfast. Will definitely be back again next time ❤️

The Seda Residence Makati is a regular favorite of mine. The service by all personnel is fantastic in all areas from the Front Desk, Rooms, Restuarant.
Outstanding place to stay close to all areas to visit from the shops to restaurants.
Rooms are outstanding with great wifi and TV Channels.

Location is excellent since the hotel is located in the business district of Makati. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is very efficient and fast.

The hotel over booked the accommodation and tried to force us to change our room to a sharing room completely unacceptable practice - this happens a lot according to the receptionist - caution urged when booking here. It’s a pity because otherwise it is quite good but no washing machine in room as shown in the picture need to go to the Ascot for this where it is provided
