Service-related score is not worth even 1 degree.. I asked for a shower towel, so I called 3 times and got it in almost half an hour. I was standing in line at the front desk for over 10 minutes to check out, when a Filipino female guest next to me came from far away and said she was checking out, so the staff member immediately took my key card and processed it... It's getting close to departure time, and I'm mad!! Where has the employee's mental state gone? And on the 30th floor, the elevator button was broken, so I waited in the heat and sweating for over 20 minutes. I was anxious because of the timing. When I call the front desk, they just tell me to wait... They shouldn't have been accepting customers on the 30th floor in the first place. The bed is for one person. 2 adults can't sleep at all. The room is tiny. The TV is an ornament. The window is very small. Amazing view!! My brother and I went on a family trip. They said that the standard room occupancy is 1 person and that an additional 1,800 pesos must be paid for each additional person. I almost fainted. They probably thought it was unreasonable... I asked the hotel what they meant... They laughed and said they would give a discount because it was the end of the year... Conclusion: I recommend paying a few thousand won more and going to sleep more!!!
