The Mini Suites Eton Tower Makati Reviews

The feel good vibes, the clean and pleasant smell lines, clean toilet and the proximity to my work location , food alley’s and Grreenbelt mall made me come back to Eton.

The place is located at nearby establishments which makes it very convenient. Room is just good for two persons to rest however there is no table and chairs provided if in any case you will be working. We also requested for a cup and electric kettle since it is not provided when we checked in, basically you have to request it (no additional charges) Outdoor swimming pool is clean and easy to utilize it since it free, you just have to log first. Staffs are good. We are able to enjoy are stay since it’s quiet though we can hear some voice from the others side of the room due to thin partitions.

was not able to provide my request of flat iron and limited channels on TV but overall the hotel is nice.

Had a nice stay, and the location is great. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay.

Pros: close to Greenbelt, bed size is okay Cons: Rooms are relatively small. The bathroom and toilet is separated by glass door that was hard do open and close. The bathroom floor is also very slippery so be careful. Toilet had no toilet paper. The phone in my room didnt work at all. They replaced it after i had to go down to the check in counter to complain. The replwcement phone still didnt work. The room just wasnt prepped well - no glass, no coffee cups, no kettle for hot water.  The ref was also a bit rusty and old. Enclosed the picture.of it. Suggestions - pld double check rooms that they are complete with amenities, toiletries..

This is my first time i checked in. Well everything seems like fine and great. How ever what i wont like is. When i got visitor with me walking to elevator then suddenly a security personnel ask ID of my friend. Seems like we dont have my private space. Aside from too much small room. I can hear other room voices . Well thats 2 thing i see and its not impress me.

Great for a short stay , room tiny and the shower and toilet in the middle doesn't leave much room , however the cafe downstairs has the most amazing breakfast

We stayed at a Mini Double Room. The hotel was located at the heart of Makati and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. I love how the Front Desk allowed us to check in 15 mins earlier the 12:00 noon. The room was actually good for 2 people. It was clean, air condition was working, free bottled water, clean towels with toiletries, fresh bed sheets and pillows. The Front Desk also immediately provided kettle when I asked for one free of charge. Upon check out, the Front Desk made sure we didn’t left anything. The housekeeping also returned some items I left inside the room. There are only 2 things I want to point out that needs to be improved. 1. Pools closed every Monday in which we were not informed and not on the Trip website (we were able to use it Tuesday morning). 2. The room provided to us is not a City view contrary to my check in voucher. Unlike the other reviews here, I can say that I will recommend checking in at this hotel.

Not bad. There was one window in the room and it wouldn't open. The sound insulation is bad because the neighbors can be heard very well. Any issues that arise are resolved quickly and without additional questions. The breakfast is average

We had a comfortable and clean room. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There are many restaurants in the area.

The hotel is simple but nice, good service. Location is not ideal but 15-20 minutes walk from shopping centre and metro.

I think the selling point of The Mini Suites Eton Tower is affordability and location. Walking distance to most of the important spots of Makati. Nice pool area and gym on the 5th floor. The only downside of this accommodation is the room wall. I can loudly hear the noise from the other room.
