Stayed for a day only but had good experience, staffs are super kind, nice, willing to help you. And also I used gym and swimming pool, things are clean, well managed. The location is super convenient, when you just walk out of the hotel lobby, it’s greenbelt building3. Highly recommend!

We booked to stay here for Christmas. We chose it for its close proximity to Greenbelt malls. I booked 3 rooms and asked for the rooms to be adjoining but the best they managed to do was that we were all on the same floor. It was a busy period so this is understandable. There are many other places to stay in the area which are cheaper and if we ever stay in a hotel for Christmas again, we will seek cheaper accommodation because we were hardly in our room. The breakfast had fantastic selection. Staff were lovely and we appreciated that they also employed staff who are hard of hearing–– they opened the door for us and were prepared with a list of places guests might want to go to so that they can direct. We got to practice our ASL (American Sign Language) which works for the Philippine Sign Language!

I booked this hotel because of its location. It’s beside a shopping mall complex. The rooms are newly renovated but the air conditioning seems to be old and not functioning properly. Beds are comfortable, good for a staycation.

The room is clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
The housekeeper will check if she can clean the room every morning without fail.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Location was very convenient, there’s a mall right across the hotel. I tried their gym as well, and it had more equipments than I expected. Staffs were professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Definitely one of the best hotel in Makati! Decent gym, nice spa, nice sized rooms, professional staff and close in vicinity to GreenBelt shopping as well as SM Mall and Landmark; would recommend!
