Good rooms and staff but it’s normal hotel. But it’s in a good location

Room was very dated. Carpet old and torn. No water in the room. Room did look the same as the pics when I ordered. A lot of street noise during the night. Could not adjust temp on air con. It had two settings- freezing or off. Very disappointed

A little dirty and the staff woke me uk on both mornings knocking at the door. The room was very spacious but a little old and dated. The bathroom was nice with decent hot water

Booked this without knowing much about the area but it had a bit of everything that one would need. Will stay again

Easy get taxi or many different testy restaurants or near Ayala mall for good gift shopping

Poor service no greetings, no smile we assisted by FO Angie but she looks not happy, didn’t feel welcome. The Room is spacious and worth it but only the service really bad.

The hotel staff were helpful. Hotel is clean. The location is more for young party goers. Not appropriate for families with kids.

At first impressive, but then several cockroaches in my room and also in the refrigerator! No breakfast choices. Pool water was mostly in the shade with sticky water. Some nice decorations. I would give it a 3 out of 5. Location is near all the nightlife of the Makati Poblacion area which was fun

Big rooms,nice location,very accessible place,the hotel staff are friendly and nice,great value for money!we had fun staying at this hotel,we will surely come back and stay to this hotel!very near with the bars and have a lots restaurants to choose from. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. They always offer to clean the room and change towels daily. We love the place!!very clean !

First of all, MAKATI PALACE Has goog location and security safety guard system.

Hotel staff were quite nice. Location was prime, too. However, if you like a light and bright room then be aware that rooms are quite dim light and wall paint makes it look more dull.

Hotel smells very old and roaches are always running around in the room. When booking online it shows that they offer breakfast. But upon check-in, they do Not offer breakfast. Already paid for the hotel online but upon check-in I had to pay again, claiming that it's a deposit and it will only be returned upon check-out. So basically your making double payments, online and in person. So y'all better have extra cash if you ever decide to stay at this hotel.

The location is superb it's in the middle of everything and you will enjoy your day till the end of your stay
