There's is no Telephone in room for you to call the reception. No sleepers provided, broken shower and toilet cover.

So dissapointed! There’s a tiny cockroaches inside the room. The hot option for the shower isn’t working. ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING! Not recommended.

Arzo Hotel Makati delivered an outstanding experience with its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location. I highly recommend it and will certainly stay here again on my next visit!

This hotel had roaches, dirty beds, stained and dirty pillow. Doorlock was loose and can be easily pulled, not a safe neighborhood, restaurant was closed. Just overall did not feel safe with my kids.

The hotel is very nice and the bed is very comfy and also the staff are nice.

I wasn’t expected this hotel is pretty decent than I thought before. Staff was kindness. If you need clean up your room they would help you. Cost amenities how much kindness. Was satisfied.

The hotel is accessible to nearby fastfood chains and atms. The hotel staff is very friendly and often greets you . The room is very clean and has no other smell. They have a table and sink that most other hotels don't have. We have a good time staying here and definitely going back again.

For the price of a room its a pretty decent hotel option but only for short term stays. The room was clean when we arrived but the building has cockroaches and ants which we found in our room by the second day.
Some staff were really nice while others were quite rude.
Location was great, really easy to get the airport
