Toilet is really slippery but you don't have to worry, since it's narrow, you'll still be standing even if you slipped, elevator is out of order, good thing we've packed lightly, I can't imagine those who've booked here with full luggages, as the rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor, they managed to fix it the following day. Don't expect much on the free breakfast. Cleanliness is okay, Service can be further improved, staff in the morning doesn't even greet you, I don't know if they're having a bad day or what.

The room is okay for couples but the location doesn't look safe and there are no fast food nearby

The hotel is good for short stays but the location is kind of shabby and a bit unsafe especially during the night. Recommended but try to stay aware if going outside.

The location is quite convenient, but the number of pings is a bit small. Although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs. The breakfast is a lunch box. You can choose from three flavors. It's okay. There are shops nearby where you can buy things when you walk out. It's quite convenient, and it's close to the business district

My Indonesian friend is the one who booked the hotel. ArAr was very helpful and accommodating. ArAr helped us with the early check-in and also with late check-out. Which my Indonesian friend appreciates it a-lot. Kim who assisted in our Check-in was also nice. We only had problems with the elevator numerous times. The doors keeps opening when we tried to go down from the 6th floor to ground floor. Then sometimes when the door closes it will go up the 7th floor then we’ll press the ground floor again. You can also hear the noise coming from the other room. Our room was 604 and the room next to us is 603. Not sound proof enough. Also, the cabinet under the sink is a bit big that when you sit on the toilet you need to angle your legs to the left which is a bit uncomfortable. The parking area outside is always wet, you might slip if not careful. Shower was ok with the hot/cold. A/C was great really cold! Overall it was a great stay!

I had a great stay at the hotel, housekeeping Fren was helpful also the front desk Kim was accommodating and Anthon was helpful for booking us a taxi. The room ha a esthetic style however the noise outside is to loud that you can hear it inside. However, I still have a great stay at the hotel as the staff here was accommodating enough to make your stay comfortable.

I'm happy and satisfied with my stay here, all the employees are kind, the room is clean and cheap even though their parking space is limited, it's still okay. I will come back here for sure. Highly recommend!

All staff were accomodating, the service are quick when you need one. I had a problem with the lock in my room but they gave a quick resolution. Also asked for bedsheet replacement which they provided quickly.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The room is comfortable and the staff was really kind every time. They gave us an early check in without problem. The rooms are new with AC and hot shower. You have a 7 eleven just in the corner if you want to buy something fast. The price is ok for the service offered.
