La Boss Hotel Melaka Reviews

This hotel is slightly expensive during festive seasons or school breaks. As i entered the main door , i was served with very warm welcome at counter. The counter boy’s languages and explanations were very soothing and well mannered. My room was 142. As I entered room , I found wall have dirty patterns, the lighting at makeup area was not functioning. In addition, the plug at headboard of bed was not well equipped. I could say that the lighting in this room was not sufficient to “say” terang condition! Abit dull. The foods served for breakfast were considered satisfied. Secondly, The bathroom door was made from wood. Creating such irritating sound to ears. The pillow case was also dirty. Pipe at toilet was too close to bathroom door making difficult to sit, because the space seemed too narrow. In conclusion, room should be well organised to create conducive surrounding to renter.

Good,clean, spacious hotel. Beds are comfortable. Staff are okay, except the girl at during check in. She talks like there are pearls in her mouth,but still helpful.

Good location

Good hotel clean and comfortable to stay. Nearby to dataran pahlawan mall you just go there by walking dsitance and also many easy access food around the hotel. Recomended!

The hotel is very cheap, breakfast is moderate,location is good

It was a great stay. I book for Executive King Room, overall i was satisfied with overall experience. To improve: 1. Need hooks for hanger 2. Need at least 2 prayer mat for couples/family because we tend to pray jemaah together 3. I think need to upgrade aircond. A bit noisy. My husband request to change other room bcs the first one very noisy. 4. Food taste is good, it just that i dont like when it mix the bihun goreng and mee goreng together and they name it “fried noodle” hayya. 5. Lack of drink choices. They only serve coffe tea and orange cordial. End up i just drink plain water 😮💨 All in all service was good, i like it. The staff also very friendly, i bring mangosteen to the hotel from my kampung, but cannot bring inside room, then the staff offer to put in on lobby counter. I will likely choose here again to stay when i come to Melaka. Thanks ☺️

Good and clean my family happy

If you are looking for a decent stay, this hotel is the one for you. Don't let the images fool you though, the room that I got is slightly run down and in need of a make over. Kids pool is ok. Breakfast spread and refill speed seriously need to improve.

Breakfast included and was good, personel friendly. Room was clean but could not use the sink and there was a small leak coming from the ceiling of the bathroom. The towels were unusable because they would leave sheds when being used.

Book 2 rooms during the holidays. Price was affordable during this busy holiday week. Breakfast in the morning was OK....I mean at least they provided breakfast buffet just to fill you up. Internet was average. Room was also OK. For the price, it's OK but don't expect much

The room is not as shown in the picture given in the website. The air in the room was terrible. The breakfast food also was not worth it. No soap, no toothbrush, no sanitary beg. The fridge not functioning. Overall it is terrible.

1stly, Google map can't locate this hotel 😡 I had to make an idd call and was told by receptionist that I had to key in MAC hotel and La Boss is opposite this hotel 😂. Biggest joke of the trip. Booked this cheaper room, as we only need to sleep the night n set sail early next morning. Went into room and went to use the washroom, I got a shock 😲 🤬. The toilet bowl has faeces all over and couldn't be removed when I used the rinser too. It was gross to even to look at. Open the tap at wash basin and it was not choked to the max. No towels were given. Toiletteries were all ¾ used, obviously they didn't even bother to change when previous guest checked out. Went down to reception to complaint and I got a rude answer that they will replace me a new room, without even saying sorry or any checking. I showed her the photos of the condition of the room, she didn't even blink an eye, as it it is the norm for La Boss. Never will I ever step into this hotel, even they pay me to.

The outlook building looks luxury hotel, but, the room is out of my expectations. Got fungal smell along the corridor and the room also smelly! No any cafe in this hotel, but, a lot of delicious restaurant around this hotel. You may easier to get the Thai massage shops surrounding this hotel. If you like cheap Thai massage service, stay here is your best choice! Important things is this hotel got hidden car park, outsiders may not find you easily.
