"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best parts of our stay is the guest-friendly facilities and flexibility provided by the hotel. Breakfast is available until 12:00 PM, which is very convenient for families who prefer a more relaxed morning. In addition, complimentary parking is provided until 4:00 PM on the check-out day, allowing guests extra time to enjoy the facilities or explore the area without rushing. However, there are several areas that could be improved: • No hand towels were provided in the room. • The toilet floor mat was missing upon check-in. • The TV is still an older LCD model and not a Smart TV. For a 4-star hotel, it would be more appropriate to provide Smart TVs with access to applications such as Netflix and YouTube to enhance the guest experience. My main concern is the safety and maintenance condition of the swimming pool area: • The poolside floor and surrounding tiles are very slippery, especially when wet. • The top edge tiles around the pool are also slippery and may pose a safety hazard, particularly for children and elderly guests. • Several tiles inside the pool, especially within the children’s play pool area, are peeling off and require immediate attention. • Many of the children’s water play facilities appear damaged or poorly maintained. I strongly encourage the hotel management to improve safety measures and carry out the necessary repairs and maintenance works, particularly at the swimming pool and children’s play area. These improvements would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and ensure a safer environment for families. "Booked a connected room (2 rooms with a connected door) for a family trip. The location is ideal as it is close to restaurants as well as tourist sites. Given the price the room is value for money. There is also a roof top pool facing malacca strait. The tourism tax paid to the hotel was charged for two rooms while the hotel reservation was treated as one booking for 1 connected room ( up for 4 person)"

"The view was so beautiful, and the room was very spacious and clean.The television signal is very poor.However, the room lacked amenities such as tissues(in the living area) and hand soap(in the kitchen) more supplies should have been provided."

"The hotel location are strategic because it's in the midst of Malacca town, in front the hotel arw Dataran Pahlawan mall. Customers can just walks if going to tourists places because it's very near. A lot of parking spaces including they have the basement parking and open space parking. The room are nice, like a studio version. An affordable price! Very cooling aircond, nice view from level 5. The cons: 1. Electric stove but no necessary utensils. Preferably microwave that much easier to use. Will I come again? Hopefully will."
