"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best parts of our stay is the guest-friendly facilities and flexibility provided by the hotel. Breakfast is available until 12:00 PM, which is very convenient for families who prefer a more relaxed morning. In addition, complimentary parking is provided until 4:00 PM on the check-out day, allowing guests extra time to enjoy the facilities or explore the area without rushing. However, there are several areas that could be improved: • No hand towels were provided in the room. • The toilet floor mat was missing upon check-in. • The TV is still an older LCD model and not a Smart TV. For a 4-star hotel, it would be more appropriate to provide Smart TVs with access to applications such as Netflix and YouTube to enhance the guest experience. My main concern is the safety and maintenance condition of the swimming pool area: • The poolside floor and surrounding tiles are very slippery, especially when wet. • The top edge tiles around the pool are also slippery and may pose a safety hazard, particularly for children and elderly guests. • Several tiles inside the pool, especially within the children’s play pool area, are peeling off and require immediate attention. • Many of the children’s water play facilities appear damaged or poorly maintained. I strongly encourage the hotel management to improve safety measures and carry out the necessary repairs and maintenance works, particularly at the swimming pool and children’s play area. These improvements would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and ensure a safer environment for families. "The experience of staying at MapleHome me and my nephew Booking 2 rooms we can't wait to enjoy the atmosphere of the pool after arriving at the pool, I was surprised that the pool was closed while I was sad because at the beginning my intention was to take them to stay for swimming I didn't feel good with my family , Finally I went back to the hotel to rest until morning, the hotel is nice the place is crowded with lively people easily the swimming pool can be even better because the view from the pool is beautiful thank you"

"Rosa Malacca is a beautiful hotel, a designer hotel. Room is spacious. The plug points are a bit awkward as it is not place in a strategic spot where you can easily plug in. I don’t seem to find a central control for the lights near the bed. If you are local or you drive, going in and out of the hotel could be a nightmare on Sat, as its always traffic jam, not a deal breaker if you plan to just walk out instead of drive as there are a lot of restaurant around the hotel for food."

"Had a pleasant one-night stay at this pretty new hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room felt bright and cozy, like the large window too.Convenient for food as well. A very comfortable stay and good value for money."

"Check in during CNY season . Worried will very noisy during sleep time. But everything is good and warm greeting from stuff . Car parkat L1 or L2 very convenient. In addition my room is too dim , ask to repair the headboard light"
