The location of this hotel is quite far from Malacca Centre, need book transport for every single outing. Hotel do not provide bath towels and worse is the following day don’t even have cleaner, the rooms were not clean up. Request from front desk but very unfriendly. We arrived quite late and need to hunt for the room yourself, one of the room provided with wrong keycard and you to look for the counter yourself, the worst hotel I ever stayed.

Hai guys. The room is clean. No carpet so tile very cold when setting aircond 20-22. Customer service is nice. Overall room is comfortable even not big. This hotel recommended to stay😃

It's reasonable if you do not expect much for the price. Basic. Shampoo, soap, hot shower, bottled water and coffee (i dont drink coffee though) but yeah the basic is ok. But to me, it's good enough as it's only for me to sleep for a night. A good sleep. Lots of youngsters in the hotel. So it's quite a bc one...you wont feel lonely!

Not Recommended Service. When i double booking for the hotel room, that's hard to cancel or modify the booking. Alright been 3 days that's not settle yet.

The bathroom is not clean. Dirty bed sheets are not replaced. will not stay here again.

We had a very long journey. So tired and just need some rest. As a hotelier, we do umderstand how basic customer service should work. But we had to experienced tragicly below basic service. Receptionist at front desk, not welcoming us with any greetings, suprisingly he even enjoyed singing out loud while doing our checked in. Saw notice mention regarding RM50 charges for late check out starting at 12.01pm. Its not been explain by any staff. We normally will check out before 12.15pm at any other hotels. Lucky i read it at the wall behind the counter. Our room at far behind the building. No clear direction to our room. Just saw wall with marker pen writing showing arrows. N more suprised when we saw our room condition as in the photo attached. Dirty floormate towel, bed was tucked like that and there is still baby pampers in the toilet bin. So i assume our room actually not ready for any guest to stay when the time shows it almost 4pm. So we both have to drag our luggage and bags down to find the receptionist again. He gave us another room, and blaming his collegue for marking in the system shows the room is ready. Obviously thats not our problem to know. Heart breaking when he don't even say sorry to us or try to make up anything to us. We checked out the earliest time the next day.

It was peak holidays and the management didnt wanna spend the triple pay to the staff hence only one check in counter. The queue was so long and slow. After we received our keys, and in our room, suddenly our door was unlocked when our neighbor accidently used his card to unlock. The whole floor have key problems and need to wait for maintainence. In the end, our door cannot be locked and we waited and fight our way to have our room changed due to safety reason. The lift cannot be used. Terrible terrible hotel

I would like to suggest everyone if they want cheaper hotel in Melaka this is the best hotel for stay environment also so many good

A low budget hotel with quite good location, I love its location which is in the Portuguese Settlement, also enjoy the seafoods nearby. The accommodation is just simple, "you get what you pay for ", the cleanliness could have been better! Plenty of car parking space.

Its a trap. Very dirty. Don't go there. Should not be on a booking platform like Trip.com. Not fit for purpose. Temasek name is completely misleading. Its a dump. No refunds. Unhygienic and unsafe.

A bare basic set-up and dated facility. Don’t expect any sound proofing, our room was facing the so-called pool and it was horrible with the screaming and shouting. But if you are looking for an economical short stay & walking distance to the #Portugesesettlement then the hotel would serve the purpose.

Hotel look like a shopping mall. Spacious lobby, room is big, air con is cold but centralized water heater is not hot. Short stay ok compare to the price I paid.
