This place is located at the very best spot in Malacca!!! Right next to the river near st. Frances Xaver church, some of the best Cafés and Restaurants are right next door. Go to baba Kaya early in the morning for tea and toast next to the river or ban kengh for most amazing scrambled eggs and cappuccino, have lunch at Patma's for the very best roti and lassies and the nicest people and go for the night market or the Indian restaurant around the corner for night snack..... The house is old and charming, with a lot of antique interiors. The room was clean, the aircon worked fine as well as the hot water. Had the room on the second floor with a balcony to the street. Check in and out is around the corner, working without any problems! Very very good value for money!

Great find - we were met by the Spanish worker when our cab pulled up and made to feel very welcome. The room was great, especially for the price. It had a separate enclosed shower to keep the floor dry elsewhere, which was super powerful and hot. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The beds were really comfy. Location was close to everything you need - the river, walking street, fort, clock tower and everything else. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Melaka. Great bakeries and coffee shops nearby. Photographs are of the surrounding area within a few minutes walk.

the room on the 2 or 3 floor is really good. The room is very big and the bathroom as well. There a two superb things about the room: 1) the balcony 2) the location. There is a fridge, kattle, tea and coffee in the room. The desk is especially good if you like to write. Furthermore I like the lightning there, the light is nice and cozy. The Hotel has a really nice atmosphere, with an outside are for drinks and food. You can get water, beer and a shuttle service for some extra costs. Unfortunately, the cleanes could be better. The sheets weren't very clean and the balcony was dirty. The TV wasn't working properly and there was no Wi-Fi in the room. If you speak Mandarin you have definitely some advantages because the Hotel is Chinese-Malay ownd. Overall I definitely recommend this place, because the location is so good and the room and balcony is so big. You can easily stay there a few days. The staff is so friendly as well, you can sit with them having a talk or just enjoy the time.

The service is excellent (only a couple of minutes to do the registration). The reception staff was also accommodating, he guided me to the room and briefed every facility inside. However, I felt a little bit funny when they gave me a TV remote control, but there was no TV inside the room. But the location is awesome, very convenient and you can walk to every of the attractions places in Malacca Central. On my Check-out day, I asked the reception if I could leave my luggage there from 11 am - 6 pm. Because I still want to walk around the place before my flight at 8 pm. And the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, he allowed it (thanks to him a lot, so I can walk freely without carrying a lot of things with me around the town). No worries, the reception is trustworthy! your things are safe! When I came back for my luggage at 6 pm, the receptionist even asked me if I what to use the bathroom to freshen myself before my flight. How thoughtful he is!

Facilities was so-so. Aircond ada leaking sikit waktu malam. Bathroom sempit. Tiada alas kaki di luar bathroom. Tiada penyangkut towel dalam bathroom.

Good service and food easily can get walking distant.

I'm here for leisure. All i can say is that the location is so strategic, very helpful and friendly staff but bear in mind, u have to climb up stairs to get to your room. Overall, i'm so satisfied and will repeat next time. And for the staff (forgot to ask his name) tq for the bday wish.. 😊😊

The room was very clean and the boss's service was very satisfactory. Because we made a mistake in placing an order and the room type was wrong, the boss was very good and changed us to a duplex room with a much higher price without asking us to pay extra. We needed other help and the boss was very attentive to help us solve the problem. I was very satisfied. Highly recommended ~ It is very close to several popular attractions.
