I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel Melaka, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, a refreshing pool, and various dining options that offered delicious and diverse cuisine. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Mr Zahier, and other staff Mr. Syahmi, Mr. Aliff, and Ms. Alia, whose exceptional service made our stay even more memorable. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. A unique feature of the hotel is their dedicated WhatsApp number for guests, which constantly checks on your stay experience. This level of attentiveness is commendable. They even went the extra mile to call me back when I accidentally left my Apple charger behind, ensuring I could retrieve it without hassle. I highly recommend DoubleTree Hotel Melaka to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The combination of excellent facilities, delicious food, and outstanding staff made my visit truly enjoyable.

From check-in to check-out, the experience was flawless and wonderful! A big shout-out to the exceptional staff, including the front desk and housekeepers, for their impeccable service and making us feel so welcomed. The front desk went the extra mile by sending me a WhatsApp message for any assistance needed. The pool was pristine, and the kids' club room was a nice touch. I'll definitely be returning. Room is spacious and offers good view. Toilet door is not child proof. my kid touched the exposed knot and we got locked out of the toilet.

The hotel car park is located on level 6. When we checked in at night, the car park was very dimly lit, making us feel insecure as we walked towards the lobby. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. However, the carpet outside the rooms, along the way from the lobby to our room, had an unpleasant odor. Our deluxe king room was spacious with a large toilet, but the amenities provided were very limited. Additionally, the hotel curtains did not fully cover the corners, allowing light to seep in.

Had a great holiday with the little ones. My kids loved the pool and kids room. The room was very spacious and good location. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had. Must try the traditional charcoal bread toast

Staffs are all very friendly & polite. Able to check-in early. Room is spacious with lots of tv channel. Breakfast is incredibly awesome. Soo many varieties to choose from.

Truly a 5 star experience - it was my friends birthday so they even made a little cake for him!

Tasty and nutritious breakfast, clean, spacious and sound proof room, friendly and attentive staff. Comfy bed, light block curtains.

Came to celebrate my birthday & belated anniversary at the hotel. Room was decorated and we even received cakes for the occasions. Thank you for the gentures & hospitality. One of the best experiences ever with Double Tree Hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff was always Soo warm and friendly . The cookies was yummy . Always hope to book again for stay .. looking forward for our next visit

I booked a King Suite room. It is very spacious room with separate bathroom, bathtub and toilet. There is a nespesso coffee machine in the Suite. The hotel use WhatsApp to communicate with guest. All request is attended promptly. Breakfast is local and international spread, which was quite good. Location is suitable for guest with own transport.

Good as usual , especially breakfast. But the location might not suitable to those travellers without a car .

Enjoyed my weekend at Doubletree by Hilton Melaka. The hotel room is clean and staffs are friendly. We're also welcomed with a cookies during check-in. Good view from my room - King Junior Suite. There is a mall in the same building, but most of the shops are idle. Nonetheless, there are a few areas which I found during my stay. 1. There was an odor when I stepped into the hotel room. 2. The lift waiting time from lobby to carpark was longer than expected. Overall, the hotel is good, and highly recommended.

Hotel is well situated and well equipped. More importantly, the rooms are clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly and patient. Will come back again!
